Student Parliament

The main student organization of the College of Tourism in Belgrade is attending to the needs of students in exercising their rights according to the College Statute and Regulations on Studying. Students are striving to solve problems and improve student academic and social life. In addition to participation in the College events, Student Parliament incites activisim and raising awareness on a number of current issues. The meetings of formal and informal character are held on a monthly basis. The scope of student activities refer to:

• selecting members of parliament by voting
• protecting student rights
• exchange of ideas on work placement and job opportunities
• talks with the College management on possibilities of reducing tuition fees for student in financial difficulties
• organization of the College trips, outings, socializing and gatherings
• organization of charity and fundraising activities
• participation in various extracurricular activities
• volunteering and providing support to the College activities
• participation in tourist and social events
• writing petitions and requests for additional examination periods if necessary
• resolving issues on learning resources
