IT in tourism; IT in air travel; development of reservation systems; development of global distribution systems; characteristics and capacities of the biggest GDSs (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan); most important solutions of leading GDSs for air travel, car rental and hotels; main GDS products for travel agencies, individuals and companies; establishment and development of Amadeus organization in Serbia and applying Amadeus system in our market.
